Community Fuels to be Honored by the
Greater Stockton Chamber of Commerce

The Greater Stockton Chamber of Commerce and its Industrial and Technology Committee congratulate Community Fuels for its accomplishments and contributions to the community.
Encinitas, California, August 25, 2008— The Greater Stockton Chamber of Commerce is holding its 44th Annual Industrial & Technology Event on September 17, 2008 at the Sheraton Stockton at Regent Pointe. Community Fuels will be recognized as an honoree due to the company’s accomplishments and contributions to the community. Over 400 guests are expected and the program will highlight Community Fuels’ investments and contributions in the area.

Community Fuels has completed construction of its state-of-the-art biodiesel production and research facility at the Port of Stockton. Biodiesel is a renewable fuel produced from agricultural sources – such as vegetable oil and animal fats. It can be blended at any level with petroleum diesel and used in most diesel engines with few or no modifications. Community Fuels’ biodiesel production offers strong environmental, health, energy security and economic benefits for San Joaquin County.
